About Dallas

Dallas began birthwork in 2013 after the birth of her first child. Her experiences as a young mother showed her a lack of accessibility and inclusivity in the birth world, which led her to enrolling in Birth Arts International (BAI) to certify as a lactation educator. Later, Dallas continued her education with BAI to certify as a birth, postpartum, and bereavement doula in 2014, and as a certified midwife’s assistant in 2025. She spent time in 2016 & 2017 learning from the midwives supporting abortion access at home, and her newest endeavor is as a student midwife with The National Midwifery Institute. Her herbal education has been completed through Heart of Herbs Herbal School and The Herbal Academy.

Dallas approaches birthwork with a lens of radical autonomy. She believes that you know your body, your needs, and your limits better than anyone else. Her goal is to empower your choices, and give you the informed choice you deserve.

If Dallas isn’t at a birth, you can find her creating art with her kids, making sourdough, feeding the neighborhood crows, and drinking way too much coffee.
